JOB PURPOSE


We are in the process of expanding our Sales Team and we are actively looking for an individual who is driven and eager to take on challenges. This role offers the opportunity for career growth and development, within a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers across Public safety, Private Wireless and cellular markets. You will build connections, look for areas of growth and target new business.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITES


You will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a key contact for all sales enquiries
  • Qualifying all incoming leads
  • Providing quotations, assisting with queries and raising and processing orders
  • Supporting the AMS licence renewals
  • Receiving, logging and processing all incoming sales enquiries and orders and liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Connecting and communicating (via email and phone) with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth
  • Arranging customer demonstrations with our Support Team
  • Ensuring that data in HubSpot is always up to date and accurate
  • Supporting the sales cycle from start to finish
  • General sales and support administrative duties
  • Working closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and events


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Formal Education & Certification


  • Educated to A levels or equivalent qualification (or by relevant experience)
  • Fluent in English, another language would be beneficial but not essential

 

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Proven experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Proven experience of sales administration
  • No heavy software/technical sales experience needed but some sales experience is essential  
  • Experience of using CRM systems
  • Proficient in excel, word and outlook
  • Experience of using LinkedIn
  • Ability to understand the basic technical aspects of our products
  • This full-time role will predominantly be working from home (UK based) but there will be times working from our Papworth, Cambridge office is required.
