Salary: competitive

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (Office based)

The opportunity


The role of Business Expense Solutions Sales Manager involves driving forward the growth of our Mastercard backed business expense solution offering.

What you will be doing:


Manage, coach, and develop the Velos sales team, ensuring sales activities are maximized, KPI’s are exceed, with productivity and professionalism maintained.

Responsible for setting and monitoring all individual and team targets, full performance management and development to include coaching and training.

Always Ensuring the highest standards of new business sales with responsibility for FCA compliance at all times.

Reporting directly to Group Head of Velos, you will be responsible for leading the team day to day and work closely with other departments including compliance, credit, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for the end-user.


What attributes we look for:


  • Strong communication
  • Previous sales experience is desirable- we are looking for motivated individuals eager to develop a career in sales.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs is beneficial.
