Position: Sales Operations Analyst - London/Reading, UK

Objective:

As a Sales Operations Program Analyst, you will be an important business partner to the EMEA Sales organisation. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administration and operations’ support for a team of assigned field sales and inside sales staff. This role interacts with other departments within Fortinet to ensure that the sales department needs are met, including SPM, Order Management, Distribution, Finance etc.

Responsibilities:

• Driving Forecast accuracy using metrics, analysis and inspection and working closely with the sales leaders
• Accountability for opportunity and pipeline management and hygiene
• Support QBR, Strategic planning and other field activities with sales leadership
• First level administrative contact for Field Sales and Inside Sales support
• Able to identify and analyze problems and resolve them within the scope of his or her ability and authority; involves supervisor, other team members, technical support staff or other Fortinet departments as appropriate.
• Perform all job functions with a positive, professional attitude.
• Reporting and analytics and data transformation / interpretation
• Ad hoc custom Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Manage the end-to-end quota collection process for the GRAD supported
• Provide input, admin or guidance to support the forecast process for the GRAD
• Ad hoc training as needed or directed

• Strong computer skills (advanced Excel)
• Salesforce
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Customer service orientation and willingness to take initiative in problem solving

• Excellent communication and inter-departmental skills
• Proven ability to maintain poise under stress and respond quickly, logically, and patiently to questions or requests
