We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Expert to join our global team!

• As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors / HCM you are responsible for projects at national and international level for SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• As part of the project team, you will do valuable work in the area of ​SAP SuccessFactors and actively support the further development of the portfolio.Y
• ou play a central role in projects in the SAP SuccessFactors environment and are responsible for the entire project cycle. You accompany the entire process, from conception to process optimization to customizing and conducting user training. You always keep an eye on economic success and compliance with project deadlines.Y
• ou develop management and IT concepts and assume consulting functions between the specialist and IT areas on topics such as Employee Central, recruiting and learning.Y
• ou are actively involved in developing innovative integration scenarios that are specifically tailored to the individual needs of customers. In addition, you are responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors systems.I
• n close cooperation with customers, you discuss the challenges and requirements in the global context of HR processes.

equired Qualifications:H

ands-on experience with SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration.Deep understanding of SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Certification in SAP HCM modules is preferred.
