The role
In this role, you'll be the final point of call for customers, ensuring seamless cash and card till transactions and finishing their shopping journey with a smile. You'll be expected to offer recommendations from the till point, and make sure every customer leaves with a lasting positive impression of LUSH, ensuring return custom.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment.
- provide a seamless till transaction in a very fast paced, energetic environment.
- Engage with customers at till point to validate their purchases and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and tidy till point.
- Support the store's sales targets by promoting products creatively at till point and offering samples
Skills and Experience

Communication: Great communication should be part of your daily routine, ensuring information effortlessly circulates throughout the store. As a Till assistant, your knack for maintaining a positive and approachable communication flow contributes uniquely to the team's success during the holiday period.
Energetic Pace: Dealing with large volumes of customers coming through till point is part and parcel of Christmas at LUSH. The ability to maintain a positive attitude with every customer while ensuring speedy delivery and transactions is crucial.
