MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Security Officer to join the team based in Rhymney, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. This will work in a three day, three night, three day off shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:
- To restrict and control access to the establishment and operational buildings/areas by enforcing SHLNG/MSS access protocols
- To ensure visitor identification is validated and issued in accordance with SHLNG access control policy and procedures
- Ensure accountability for keys and passes held within the Main and Jetty Gate House
- To be proficient in the use of the on-site computer based CCTV, Access Control and Visitor Management Systems
- To monitor security and fire systems and to investigate and respond to alarm activations
