We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to work at a specialist school in Croydon, supporting children aged 4 to 16 with Autism (ASD) and speech and language difficulties
The role offers a salary between £85 to £90 per day and requires working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm
Duties include providing tailored support to students, assisting in the classroom, supporting individual learning plans, and creating engaging activities to encourage communication
Candidates should have experience with SEN, particularly Autism or speech and language needs (training provided), possess strong communication skills, and be a flexible team player
