Location: Croydon, Salary: £85 - £95 per day (PAYE), Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
The role involves providing 1:1 and group support to students aged 11-19 with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and complex needs
Key duties include delivering personalized learning experiences, assisting with personal care and physical needs, and collaborating with teachers and staff to support student progress
Requirements include a caring and patient approach, good communication skills, and a willingness to assist with personal care tasks; experience with SEN students is helpful but not required as training will be provided.
