Description

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a collaborative team supporting a well-known brand. This individual will need to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account whilst also managing the tactical components of running the daily business. The perfect candidate will have either senior agency experience and/or production management experience with a proven track record for delivering client solutions and nurturing relationships. Role responsibilities

  • Proactively finding opportunity by looking for the best way of maximising delivery for the brand and driving this opportunity with our clients
  • Working with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers to deliver the best solutions. The Senior Account Manager will have the ability to influence client thinking to produce outstanding results
  • Attending WIPs and meetings and taking/influencing key briefs from clients showing a clear understanding of requirements
  • Deliver excellent service to client with a professional 'can do' attitude at all times
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts
  • Provide technical input and advice on print, direct mail and branded merchandise projects as required to achieve high quality standards


What we need from you

  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaigns; direct mail/print/digital solutions is preferred
  • Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience
  • Good understanding of Marketing Services concepts
  • Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Takes a flexible approach to work and encourages others to do so
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members
  • Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to present convincingly to a senior audience
  • Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
