Description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the team working on an international brand alongside their Account Director, suppliers and internal contacts to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. This individual will need to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account whilst managing the tactical components of running the daily business. The perfect candidate will have substantial experience in a senior Perm/Semi Perm role.



Role responsibilities

  • Devise and lead technical input, challenge the brief and implement effective, outstanding and innovative solutions
  • Devise and produce agreed detailed specifications based on our client’s business and your substantial experience. Negotiate and agree deadline dates managing the whole project lifecycle
  • Work with suppliers building specifications, producing 3D renders and prototypes and walk-through with the client in Hammersmith, London
  • Closely monitoring with the supplier delivery schedules are being adhered to and planning for any risks. Always having a plan B
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global's services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their display solutions
  • Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
  • Work with Account Director to identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Agree and manage budgets and P+L’s


What we need from you

  • Substantial, strong previous experience in leading perm/semi perm activations
  • Ability to develop a display from scratch and articulate to suppliers
  • Strong client service experience and have built credible customer relationships at senior level
  • Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members
  • Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to present convincingly to a senior audience
