Join us as a member of the Development and Skills team, as a Senior Campaign and Engagement Manager VP, to enable the success of the senior leadership team by helping to navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions, and deliver against the strategic objectives and priorities of the team. The main duties of the role are to take Ownership of the Risk and Control and Group Colleague Upskilling internal and external global activation campaigns.
You will demonstrate a strong in depth knowledge of strategic campaign and engagement planning, both internally and externally, as well as leading on cultural change initiatives. You will need proven experience of running colleague engagement campaigns and developing marketing plans– including designing engagement materials like videos, comms, nudges. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills working with both internal & external parties as required. You will be working in fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
This is an exciting and challenging role that will have very high visibility and impact cross the global organisation. It is a role that will work extensively with stakeholders across the bank and external industry vendors.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- Proven experience of running global multi-channel campaigns internally and externally in line with the bank’s strategic priorities and desired cultural outcomes
- Working on multiple projects with different stakeholders- managing and leading a global book of work and working across a complex organisation
- Written skills – experience writing comms, playbooks and designing engagement plans considering branding, collateral, messaging and strategic priorities
- Copy editing experience, ability to proof and edit others work – attention to detail is critical
- Juggling priorities and working in agile/lean way – able to problem solve and remain flexible, and be adaptive to changes

- Crisis and issues management, working closely with the senior team as part of the management response, focused on the role of employees in engaging clients.
