Senior Contracts Engineer (Customer Service)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chadderton.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Coordinators and Contract Engineers, delegating tasks and addressing escalations ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and technical assistance.

You will work closely with our engineering team to understand product specifications and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing customer service teams. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have the technical expertise to back it up, we would love to hear from you!

Experience Requirements:

• Have experience of working in a customer service focussed environment
• Be able to Commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Knowledge of material pricing

• Good attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressure
• Has good communication skills and is customer focused
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
