Senior E2E Programme Test Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for Senior E2E Programme Test Manager professionals to be part of our Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) Practice. With more than 650 clients across industry verticals and a global footprint, Cognizant QE&A practice is a recognized thought leader in quality engineer and Assurance .

Key Responsibilities:

• To collaborate with platforms, capabilities, vendors, and product teams to ensure quality testing and adherence to standards.
• To perform end-to-end testing for complex programs, including functional (ST/SIT), UAT, and non-functional testing (Performance, OAT, Security).
• To lead and manage testing processes, including test case design, execution, defect management, traceability matrices, and reporting.
• Plan, monitor, and manage testing activities aligned with project frameworks.
• Oversee implementation and evolution of testing frameworks, define success metrics, and enhance team expertise in testing tools and processes.
• Provide clear, efficient status updates to program directors and heads of testing.
• Work effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
• Leverage DevOps/CI tools like Jenkins (preferred).
• Apply IT testing lifecycle knowledge, including automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Utilize SAFe Agile methodologies.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in test management and practices.
• Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in agile and scaled agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
