The role
As a Senior Engagement Lead, you will lead all UK regional engagement teams to drive growth in networks, communities and membership. You will deliver against UK Market Strategy, increasing CIPD reach, impact and voice by designing and delivering impactful engagement plans across various customer and stakeholder groups. You will build and develop a regional engagement model that enables us to deliver a consistent experience across key customer groups; providing a closer proximity to customer needs and insights across the UK.
*This role requires travel across the UK, with occasional trips to our London office.
