Description

Our engineering culture is evolving into a fast-paced and autonomous environment, offering Software Engineers an opportunity to drive significant organizational changes. Your skillset, including data literacy, product awareness, communication, and initiative, will be crucial in overseeing technical and data directions for our data collection and customer applications. You'll lead the design and implementation of robust architecture and guide your colleagues in delivering and maintaining a scalable, reliable, and user-friendly technology platform. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to shape new product directions, experimenting with potential solutions to address customer needs effectively and drive customer value.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems and assess opportunities for customer and business value within Continuous Discovery practices
- Lead technical design and delivery, facilitating rapid prototyping for experimentation and modernizing systems to address technical debt
- Prioritize quality, ensuring well-designed and thoroughly tested solutions by adhering to best practices
- Champion continuous improvement within teams and personal development
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers to accelerate their growth and establish high standards
- Proficient in a wide range of technologies including C#, NET Core, Python, Reactjs, and Postgres, with AWS as the primary cloud provider
- Deep expertise in infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines (including secrets management), and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Demonstrated leadership experience, capable of setting and owning direction for others
- Possess a genuine agile mindset, recognizing that delivering value transcends rigid methodology adherence
- Understand the importance of customer knowledge and problem domain comprehension in leveraging technical abilities to achieve positive outcomes
