The Role

As a key member of our finance team, you will:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing insights that influence business strategy.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, delivering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and support M&A activities.
• Drive the development of robust financial models to support long-term planning and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA-qualified, ideally with Big 4 training.
• Experience: At least 3 years of FP&A experience, with a strong track record in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
