Working hand in hand with new and emerging Markets, the Senior International Marketing Manager is a critical partner between the commercial needs of our growing international market teams, and our global Brand Marketing and Creative strategies & plans. This role supports the definition and implementation of the Brand Go-To-Market strategy towards our global goals and reports into the Global Business Development Director.
What you'll get to doConsumer Environment:Build effective working relationships with the rest of the Global Brand team and Market teams for Dr Barbara Sturm to be able to support the implementation of the global strategy into the local markets and drive business growthSupport and learn from the Markets on consumer and retailer needs, funnelling strategies and ideation into the Global brand and back to the Market teams to actionBring new global opportunities and strategies to the Market teams, and work with the DBS leadership on new expansion opportunities worldwideAct as a key partner with the Markets to assess new opportunities, growth plans and new distribution, and be present to support with any needs- presentations, on the ground retailer support etcDrive strategies to win across all channels- alongside the w/sale teams, also working in tandem with the Education & Spa functionsSupport the Markets on Marketing and Creative ideas and needs, as well temporary and permanent new space proposalsWork together with the Global Store Design and VM team on both permanent builds and temporary conceptsSupport in conveying the Brand vision and work collaboratively with cross functional teams for the successful implementation of the Go-To-Market plans and strategic priorities.
Consumer Experience:Manage global Brand communications and campaigns with marketsManage and align regional marketing calendarsDrive specific local campaigns and trade animations for evergreen and key occasionsReview local animation plans with a focus on flagships.Brief the rest of the Global Brand teams on the markets’ needs such as campaign assets, visuals or NPD requirements.Review local PR initiatives with support from the Global Brand PR team (future)Working together with the Media team, assess digital media opportunities at market level (future)Work in partnership with the rest of the BD team to support markets on all the levers they need to manage business- pricing, assortment, visibility to core analytics.
Campaign Analysis and Performance:Work in partnership with the rest of the BD team to support on all the levers they need to manage business- pricing, assortment, visibility to core analytics. Create campaign performance reports with the markets to support global visibility and understanding on winning strategies and investments.
