Senior Lawyer

Excellent opportunity for a leveraged finance lawyer who is seeking a move away from private practice. This opportunity is likely to suit lawyers who enjoy the subject matter of what they do, but would like to move away from deal execution/transaction management.

The core focus of the role will be analysing the covenants in leveraged loan deals and writing research reports on broadly syndicated and private credit leveraged loan covenants.

This opportunity (which often works well for very experienced lawyers such as counsel or partners who want to change direction) can provide an excellent work/life balance, and lots of flexibility around working in the office/working from home.
