We are seeking a Senior Manager in Business Management to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our commercial relationships and driving revenue growth from our CDMO customers.


Key Responsibilities:


In this position, you will:

  • Serve as the primary relationship and commercial manager for assigned CDMO customers, ensuring superior communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for resolving customer issues that impact project outcomes, brand reputation, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams to prepare and negotiate key agreements, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Lead negotiations for quotations, development agreements, and commercial supply agreements, with support from the commercial leadership team.
  • Work with Finance to monitor contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with provisions such as fees, pricing adjustments, KPIs, forecasts, renewals, and royalty payments.
  • Implement value pricing strategies for key customers in collaboration with commercial leadership and Delivery Management teams.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing current fiscal year opportunities with existing customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
  • Provide forecasting support for base and new business opportunities, working closely with Delivery Management, Finance, and Business Development teams.
  • Oversee and report on the customer pipeline, tracking value projections and aligning efforts to meet financial goals.
  • Lead efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness in business and customer processes, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.


Ideal Candidate:


To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining close customer relationships.

• A background in a CDMO environment, ideally with expertise in inhalation development services.

• Commercial experience in a similar role, including business development responsibilities.

• A strong understanding of typical service contracts, MSAs, and T&Cs.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving customer issues effectively.

• Financial acumen, with experience in pricing strategy and profitability analysis.

• Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline tracking.
