π§ Responsibilities:
π‘ Guide less experienced engineers on decommissioning approaches & hazards.
π¦ Ensure timely production of Work Packs, Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
π€ Collaborate with all necessary interfaces for decommissioning tasks.
π Coordinate engineers & assign work packages.
π· Act as Deputy Worksite Lead Engineer & help close out actions.
π€ Foster collaboration with contractors in a spirit of trust.
π Review Work Packs & Method Statements.
π Provide weekly progress & risk reports.
π οΈ Offer technical support to contractors during on-site operations.
π§ Skills & Experience:
π₯ Proven track record in engineering management.
π£οΈ Strong verbal & technical communication.
βοΈ High-quality writing, reviewing & approvals.
π‘οΈ Experience in Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Work Packs.
βοΈ Decommissioning experience valued!
π Regulated Industry expertise (Nuclear/Fusion/Oil & Gas).
π CDM 2015 knowledge essential (incl. Principal Designer duties).

Compliance with Regulation 8 CDM 2015.
π BPSS & SC clearance.
βοΈ Travel to UK Assystem offices & customer sites.
π Support major UK & international Nuclear Clients.
