The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead impactful Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) projects, collaborating with prestigious clients to design and implement solutions that optimize performance and enhance decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle Oracle PCM implementations, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge sharing.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Stay on the cutting edge of Oracle Cloud advancements, introducing innovative practices.

What You Bring

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle PCM, including advanced configuration.
• 4+ years Oracle Experience in EPBCS, PBBCS or HFM
• Must have demonstrated propensity to write business rules
• Strong background in profitability and cost analysis, modelling, and reporting.
• Proven track record in consulting or leading Oracle PCM projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A client-centric mindset, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Oracle certifications are a bonus but not essential.
