What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and FCA requirements
- Liaising with allocated clients and responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administration services are delivered to a high standard
- Reviewing and updating processes and documentation on a regular basis
- Delegating work to Administrators and reviewing their workload
- Checking the work of the Administrators and other Senior Administrators in line with team procedures
- Participating in one off project teams
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in working with DB Pensions Schemes and delivering excellent customer service is essential for this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills, with a GCSE grade C or above in Maths or equivalent
- Solutions driven individuals with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
