What You’ll Be Doing

• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and FCA requirements
• Liaising with allocated clients and responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administration services are delivered to a high standard
• Reviewing and updating processes and documentation on a regular basis
• Delegating work to Administrators and reviewing their workload
• Checking the work of the Administrators and other Senior Administrators in line with team procedures
• Participating in one off project teams
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in working with DB Pensions Schemes and delivering excellent customer service is essential for this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent numeracy skills, with a GCSE grade C or above in Maths or equivalent
• Solutions driven individuals with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
