Are you an experienced strategic PMO Planner, ready to be involved in the Technology and innovation Team based out our Head office in Dartford?
Become the key member of this team, the senior PMO will be required to give strategic advice on the programme implications of works being undertaken within the Technology and Innovation environment.
As a PMO will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring controls and programmes within the Technology and Innovation team a completer finisher, taking pride in delivering a challenging and ever changing scheme for the client.
Key Deliverables And Accountabilities
- Maintaining and developing programmes and reporting tools for the various workstreams.
- Co-ordinate for stakeholders, partners and supply chain all time related information.
- Analyse performance and advise the project team of likely impact and recommend improvements.
- Ensure that the strategy and any recommended improvements are communicated.
- Highlight issues for trending and resolution.
- Record and report on efficiency.
- Internal and external reporting.
- Liaise with the T&I team to check on progress, issues and review planned progress to ensure programme maintained.
- To implement and maintain the requirements of the Business Plan.
- Ensure that all programmes are compliant with the requirements.
- Develop and agree by collaboration a logical sequence of events ensuring that the most economical / advantageous strategy is adopted.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the business.
- Develop and feedback process improvement.
- Provide strategic and short term programmes.
- Report on progress and issues with advice on mitigation.
- Co –ordinate with internal customers – commercial, design, customer care and construction
- Responsible for the delivery of planning and coordination processes.
- Develop and agree by collaboration a logical sequence of events ensuring that the most economical / advantageous construction strategy is adopted.
- Commercial advice / implications on production / programme issues.
- Able to give advice on production issues with understanding of the commercial issues and implications.
- Liaise with site team to check on progress, issues and review planned progress to ensure programme maintained.

- Carries out forensic analysis of programme data and interfaces with client teams to build effective relationships.
- Applies a comprehensive knowledge of the different types of contract to ensure control measures are aligned with the contract risk and commercial opportunities are optimised.
- Applies the knowledge of advanced construction techniques, methodologies and processes to develop systems and processes for projects.
Qualification

- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar sector related.
- CIOB Membership
Experience
- Developing and maintaining relationships with client representatives.

- Lateral thinker to spot trends / issues in production data.
