SCOR's Global Longevity team is already a leader in the longevity reinsurance market. We have developed expertise in the UK bulk de-risking market over the past decade providing longevity protection to insurers and pension schemes to help them keep their financial promises to annuitants and pensioners. We have also developed expertise in the individual annuity market with a focus on the use of medical underwriting and our technical knowhow enables us to price longevity for a range of different health conditions at retirement. Our success has not been limited to the UK market as we have also played a pioneering role in international territories in Europe and North America. This is a senior role within the Global Longevity Pricing team, reporting directly to the Head of Pricing.
This role has a wide range of exposures (in UK and international markets) including technical pricing for Longevity tenders, new product proposition development, new business approvals from SCOR Global Life and Group functions, new deal execution, pricing tool and process development, research projects of demographic assumption derivation and client relationship management. The responsibilities of the role are split roughly 80%:20% between pricing and research.
