Senior Process Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Process Engineer specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) and play a pivotal role in bringing groundbreaking products to market.

In this key position, you'll lead process development and optimization efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from concept to production. If you’re a problem-solver with a track record of driving excellence in NPI, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish best/leading edge practices to improve products or services related to manufacture of pharmaceutical products and/or medical device industrialisation
• Provide Dfx input (DFM/A etc.) into design and development phase
• Specify and validating manufacturing equipment and processes
• Solve complex problems from first principals using own knowledge and analysis from multiple sources of information
• Work independently with minimal technical guidance
• Prioritise own work to align with departmental and business goals
• Use knowledge and experience to provide support and guidance for colleagues
• Lead small projects/teams with manageable risks and resource requirements
• Provide feedback on process improvements to better support and refine strategic deployment
• Ensure adherence to FDA, MDR, GMP, GAMP, local procedures etc. as required

What you need

• Engineering or science degree / higher-level qualification / time served background
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical product/ medical device industrialisation / manufacturing experience (or 10 years other similarly highly regulated industry including at least 2 years within pharmaceutical industry)
