Easol has deep roots in experiences. The platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first-hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise , Europe’s biggest Snowsports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures, a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish archipelago .

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with the Engineering team and the wider business to build the future of Experience Commerce.

About The Role

• You’ll be a driver and collaborator for strategic product initiatives that support our business pillars and therefore responsible for their discovery, direction, planning, prioritisation and success.
• You’ll shape the direction of product development by pitching ideas and features in our prioritisation meetings for upcoming initiatives.
• You’ll gain a deep understanding of our creators’ needs, use cases and personas and be able to prioritise capabilities that deliver the maximum benefit for those creators in our key verticals: Festival/Music, Adventure/Tours and Location based Entertainment.
• You’ll be working across the 3 markets, one day you could be researching and evaluating ways to deepen our product market fit in the Festivals space, and in the next 6 week campaign (our current planning horizon), you could be broadening our product fit into one of the other 2 new verticals. So flexibility and the ability to switch gear, depending on the company’s needs, will be important.
• You’ll be joining our team at a key stage of growth, where executional impact and prioritisation of the right features through well evidenced rationale, to solve the right problems at the right time, are key.
• You’ll own and lead on product delivery with your trio of engineering and design and manage the end-to-end product development cycle from ideation through to delivery, launch, and learn.
• Working closely with our creators on the B2B side, you'll navigate ambiguity and complexity, with the opportunity to gain exposure to the B2C side as an integrated Product Manager for customer experience on creator sites.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management in a fast-paced SaaS or e-commerce company.
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies and design thinking.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of designers, engineers and sales.
• A track record of launching products that people love and lead to great business results.
• Exceptional communication skills on both technical and non-technical levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the product team with a balanced approach, you don't need to wait for directions, but know when buy-in is critical.
• Experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product prioritisation including user interviews and data analysis.
