As the Senior Product Manager (Cyber Security), you will be responsible for managing our comprehensive portfolio of cyber security products and solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic product management skills to lead and ensure the success of our cyber security offerings. Given the critical importance of cyber security in today's telecommunications landscape, we recognise the need for a dedicated leader to oversee all existing products in this domain.
You will play a vital role in enhancing customer adoption and ensuring optimal product performance by introducing innovative security solutions and value-added services. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and maximise customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop and execute the cyber security product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with company goals
Product Development
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Engage and manage product vendors, contributing to strategic onboarding, management, and leveraging partnerships.
- Work closely with the wider teams within the business to develop and enhance cyber security products.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Product Management
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product performance and strategic initiatives.
Customer and Market Insights
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their security needs and challenges.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation.
Sales and Marketing Support
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
- Provide product training and support to sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Participate in customer presentations, trade shows, and industry events to promote our cyber security products.
Leadership and Mentorship
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cyber security technologies.
Requirements
Essential requirements
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of cyber security principles, products, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cyber security products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication, social, and organisational skills.
- High degree of initiative and leadership, with the ability to engage teams and drive a product through its lifecycle.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude, capable of managing challenges with ease.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent written and oral skills.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
Desired requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in IT, with specific reference to Microsoft or Google suite of packages.
- Full driving licence, as travel may be required for the role.
