We're looking for a Programme Lead to spearhead one of our critical change initiatives in transforming the business. This is your chance to lead impactful transformation across people, processes, tools, and culture, delivering real results for our business and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Impactful Programmes: Lead transformational programmes to achieve key results, meeting sponsor and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive Change: Implement new operating models, redesign processes, and foster cultural change.
• Engage and Communicate: Develop a clear narrative for transformation, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure Readiness: Monitor progress, manage risks, and prepare the business for seamless change.
• Own Governance: Establish robust governance, reporting, and control processes to ensure programme success.
• Manage Budgets: Take ownership of programme budgets, ensuring efficient delivery and maximum shareholder benefit.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Programme Expertise: Extensive experience delivering complex business transformation programmes and projects, ideally in an infrastructure industry (energy, utilities, rail etc).
• Transformation Specialist: A strong track record in driving change, from operating models to organisational redesign.
• Stakeholder Management Pro: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to engage senior leadership effectively.
• Problem Solver: Confident in resolving conflicts and managing risks with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Strategic Thinker: Adept at creating and executing plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
