Salary: From £40,748 depending on skills and experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify any improvements for future ways of working through business cases, Project Management plans and scheduling
- Participate in working groups with the aim of problem solving with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives, supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation
- Initiate projects whilst defining and delivering the required material management improvements
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- You will need to have demonstrable experience in Material Change Management
- Have a good understanding of Project Management principles and toolsets
- Excellent Stakeholder Management experience will be required
Desirable
- Hold a recognised Project Management qualification
- Supply Chain and Logistics experience is desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Microsoft Visio

The Logistics & Inventory Management Projects Team
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and help to support all submarine programmes. This is a Supply Chain Project Management team delivering material management improvement projects. Here you will integrate with the Build teams to deliver physical improvements that enable the build of the submarines and have a great opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders, thereby providing great exposure across the business. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
