We're looking for a
Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Norfolk
Location: Whitlingham, Norwich
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) consists of Kier, Anglian Water, Barhale and Morrisons who work across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. We incorporate new construction, replacements or repairs spanning across the Anglian Water region.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Quantity, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk management
- Support with the control costs, maximising values, minimising future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality & safety
- Provide commercial management for an allocated area of an embedded alliance contract
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you hold:
- The relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
- Experience of working on NEC frameworks
- Full driving licence
