At United Trust Bank the Reception team is at the heart of the Bank, naturally being the face of the business. This is an ideal role for someone who is approachable, reliable and proactive. Someone with a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude who enjoys teamwork and delivering strong customer service.
This is a full time office based role. Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Meeting room co-ordinator
Meeting/greeting guests
Providing refreshments and lunches
Mailing – booking couriers, franking outgoing post and opening of post
Managing Stationery and kitchen supplies; ordering/delivery
Control of stock rooms and deliveries
Control of document Archive collections and deliveries
Staff/Meeting Room kitchens – maintain (incl dishwasher)
Access Security (door passes and main reception)
