THE ROLE
Role
Certinia is seeking a highly motivated Solution Consultant with strong reporting, analytics, and business intelligence expertise. In this role, you will:
- Consult with customers to understand their reporting and analytics needs and recommend suitable solutions from our portfolio.
- Drive the successful implementation and ongoing utilization of our solutions.
- Serve as an analytics expert, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Serve as a subject matter expert: As part of the Global Technical Success team, you will be the go-to resource for all Certinia and Salesforce reporting and analytics inquiries.
- Deepen customer understanding: Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics requirements.
- Guide on best practices: Provide in-depth knowledge and expert guidance on Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Certinia’s reporting and analytics solutions, and best practices for data analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure solution feasibility: Review solutions or requirements elicited by other teams (e.g., Professional Services) and advise on feasibility, complexity, and long-term sustainability.
- Develop and deliver impactful solutions:
- Design and deliver reusable analytics solutions to address common business needs and fill gaps in existing offerings.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing success with our reporting solutions.
- Drive internal knowledge: Deliver internal training and provide ongoing support to colleagues on reporting best practices and new features within the Salesforce platform.
- Effectively communicate value: Present Certinia’s reporting and analytics solutions through engaging presentations, web conferences, and face-to-face meetings.
What You Need To Be Successful In This Role
- Salesforce Platform System Administrator Certification
- Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification or 2+ years experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics architecture either building or supporting
- Dataflows
- Recipes
- Dashboards
- Lenses using interactions (FKA bindings) and SAQL.
- 2+ years experience of requirements gathering and analysis for the purposes of data collection and reporting.
- Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot using your understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience of object-oriented development and database architecture.
- 3+ years of customer facing experience where you have been responsible for successful outcomes. Either in a technical support or consultancy role.
- Can write and understand detailed technical documentation
- Can communicate technical processes to those with little or no technical experience
- Patience, empathy, and the desire to help others
- Knowledgeable on ETL processes and tools, dataset preparation and management and a strong understanding of data optimization concepts and modelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to liaise with colleagues and customers at “C” level.
- Must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
