Our Client is looking for a high-calibre individual to develop and drive high-performing Sales department. You will be based between the company office and visiting clients. If you are a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager with extensive knowledge of textile processing, and have a proven track record of managing international sales and maintaining key accounts, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Create detailed sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, agents, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead key projects that enhance sales performance and business growth, ensuring effective execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership in maintaining and promoting safe working practices, ensuring the health and safety of all team members.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in textile processing with a strong commercial focus.
- Proven experience in international sales.
- Experience in direct management of a sales team.
- Ideally, experience in textile chemicals or textile dyestuffs would be highly beneficial.
- Degree educated in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related fields would be ideal.
- Experience in managing complex projects.
