Ricoh are currently recruiting for a remote Senior Solution Product Manager to join our Strategy & Commercial team.

What you will be doing

• As a Senior Solution Product Manager, you will be the deep expert in the storage solutions providing Workplace Solutions.
• Your role defines the business opportunities for the storage solution category (smart locker management solutions and applications) based on deep understanding of the target customers, partner and market insights, translating these into winning value propositions. This will include overseeing its execution for the entire portfolio of (digital) solutions and services. Reporting to the Portfolio Lead Storage Solutions you will create a portfolio aligned with the business strategy and oversees the portfolio strategy and rationalisation.
• You will own the assigned solutions and services within the workplace portfolio segment. Developing roadmaps and defining commercial specifications for the workplace products and services together, liaising with sales and marketing. You will have a deep understanding of software development and integration with Ricoh’s broader portfolio of products.
• Acting as a regional advisor and subject matter expert, as a Senior Product Manager you will work with the matrix organisation, to guide and influence our approach to the workplace experience portfolio and leading the organisation education of this strategic category.

You will ideally have

• Master’s degree required, preferably in technology, business administration, or marketing
• Proven experience of professional B2B experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in ICT, IoT, Smart Lockers, Workplace management or any other strong relevant industry experience.
• Extensive advanced experience with solutions and services in the workplace experience, workplace management field and smart locker field
• Preferred related region/market/industry experience
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing a portfolio segment, and creating Value Propositions
• Demonstrated wealth of experience in working in a company that has been on a digital transformation journey
• Previous product marketing or solution marketing experience strongly preferred
• Sensitivity to multicultural environments
• Desired Financial/business analyst experience
• Strong collaboration, influencer, and leadership, with cross-functional working skills
• Desired business analytics knowledge and how to use them to drive decision-making
• Ability to coordinate with product and software development, partners, engineering and other functions for product and software solution development, road mapping and delivery
• Ability to develop and define strategies for new offerings and make business cases for investments
• Proven ability to translate market requirements into clear, actionable business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Expert level product lifecycle management and project management skills (i.e., Agile)
