We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Project Engineering Lead (PEL)/Senior Systems Engineer to join our Luton-based team working on the groundbreaking GCAP/Tempest Programme.

This flagship initiative, announced by the Prime Minister, will revolutionize the Royal Air Force’s capabilities with the next-generation fighter aircraft, set to replace the Typhoon fleet by 2035.

🔑 What You'll Do:

✔ Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver world-class systems.

✔ Collaborate across divisions to integrate cutting-edge systems-of-systems solutions.

✔ Ensure the delivery of advanced technology, supporting UK defence platforms.

💡 What You'll Bring:

🎓 Engineering expertise, ideally Chartered Engineer status.

🌍 Leadership and collaboration skills with stakeholders across sites.

📚 Agile Systems Engineering knowledge.

📡 Experience in EW, Radar, or Communication Systems is a plus!
