About the Role:

As our Senior Project Delivery Manager, you will lead and deliver high-impact projects, refine project management best practices, and mentor our talented junior Project Managers. Your expertise will help shape how we deliver business-critical technology initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects involving business stakeholders, analysts and technical teams.
• Best Practices Development: Help define project management best practices, processes and use of tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Issue Management: Proactively identify, address, and escalate project issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project timelines.
• Communication: Deliver clear and concise written and verbal communications to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while adhering to deadlines.
• Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly spot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentorship: Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Jira & Confluence project management tool and software
