What is the Role?


As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Wealth Dynamix, you will play a crucial role in managing the successful delivery of complex client projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our On Premis / SaaS solutions to enterprise clients in Europe, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


In this capacity, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their business requirements are met while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Your expertise in project management will empower you to lead diverse teams effectively, fostering collaboration and driving excellence in project execution. We are looking for a proactive leader who is detail-oriented and possesses exceptional communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions between clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Requirements Management: Collaborate with the consulting team to manage business requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
  • Client Satisfaction: Act as the primary touchpoint for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Be the primary contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships. Keep all stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates and ensure alignment on project goals. Lead cross-functional teams (3rd party integration vendors) to keep projects on track.
  • Sprint Planning: Lead high-level and detailed sprint planning sessions with the development team, ensuring clarity in project deliverables and timelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an expert understanding of Wealth Dynamix product CLMi to effectively guide project delivery and address client inquiries.
  • Client Engagement: Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support, ensuring smooth transitions to production.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with members of the delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes and facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Hands-On Management: Operate at various levels within the organization, maintaining a hands-on approach to project management while focusing on detail and effective communication.

  • Portal Application Experience: Proven experience in delivering externally-facing (web-based) portal applications, with a focus on user experience and functionality.
  • SaaS solutions: Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, deployment methods, and industry best practices
  • Team Leadership: A people-oriented leader capable of building a strong team ethos, motivating team members, and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Proactive Mindset: A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities that permeate throughout the program, with a focus on the right level of detail to optimize progress. Able to multi-task and excel in a high pressure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at a senior level, ensuring alignment and support for project initiatives.
  • Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of commercial principles and the ability to align project outcomes with business objectives.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive individual who can work independently and set a positive example for the project team, driving initiatives forward. Able to think on your own to develop quick and sound solutions to complex problems
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to maintain high standards of operation and documentation within the program, presenting information professionally and thoughtfully.
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complexities and keep the program informed and progressing efficiently.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience, with at least 3 years working directly with SDLC projects.
  • Experience working with SaaS products.
