Quality Engineering &Assurance (QEA) is a centralised Quality function within the Shared Technology that provides testing governance, standard, policy, guidelines, drive quality improvements, and consulting support to the entire organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Test Automation Architect professionals to be part of leading-edge technology projects

Essential Skills:

• Should have strong experience of working in a telecom organization
• Should have strong experience of testing (manual and automation)
• Should have strong experience of developing and updating automation frameworks using Cypress / Javascript
• Should have strong experience of leading a team of automation and manual testers
• Experience of using different test methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, JMeter etc)
• Experience of developing test strategies, plans and risk assessments
• Experience of working in Agile / CICD environment
• Experience of working with Digital applications

Key Responsibilities:

• To work in challenging Agile environment with a focus on automation
• To lead the team of 3-4 automation and manual testers
• To design and develop new frameworks and update existing ones using Cypress / JS
• E2E test management for a particular product or application (strategy, planning, risk management, reporting etc)
• Design, update manual test cases and guide the team as required
• To support the API testing – Quality shift left
• Working with the Cognizant COEs to come up with a new idea for improving overall QA service
• Working with the QA transformation team to develop new ideas and solutions for the QA service transformation (e.g. new Gen AI solutions)
