Responsibilities
- Scheduling jobs for all the technicians,
- Arranging trainings
- Meeting training candidates when they come to site
- Arranging lunches for training
- Physically checking parts and booking in when they arrive
- Being able to have face to face discussions with technicians if there are customer queries instead of waiting hours or days for a response from CS aboard,
- Booking in inhouse repairs
- Sending quotations and invoicing.
- Coordinate collections and deliveries for the fully managed contracts
- Face to face interaction with the customers which we will have monthly face to face meetings with
- Dealing with customer orders & phone calls
Qualifications
Someone with ability in conducting tasks, organized and able to communicate properly via email and phone
Must be able to Drive
