Bellrock Real Estate is the UK’s leading service charge consultancy in the retail, leisure, office and industrial sectors.
This position is linked to the Retail, Leisure & Industrial team, which undertakes service charge consultancy on behalf of occupiers within these sectors. The client base is predominantly blue-chip, advising many of the UK’s leading retailers and leisure companies.
There are currently in excess of 35 people that work as part of this team, with plans for continued growth in revenue and expansion of the service offering.

And as a Service Charge Analyst with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
Being directly involved in the administration and management of substantial service charge portfolios for at least one of our blue-chip clients.
This will include maintaining our bespoke in-house database, InsightRE™, and developing the skills required to analyse and evaluate financial information. This feeds into the work of others in the team, who, in analysing lease documents, identify issues and negotiate settlements with landlords and/or their agents.

We are looking for an experienced administrator/analyst, recent graduate or AAT qualified person keen on pursuing a career in commercial property consultancy. The minimum requirement is a Secondary education with a minimum of A* - C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
The Successful Candidate Will Have a
- Keen eye for detail
- Willingness to learn
- Flexible approach and the ability to work to deadlines
- High level of numeracy
- Capability to deal with high-volume data entry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good level of computer literacy (with Excel being particularly desirable)
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from home with the occasional travel to Bedford or Leicester office Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
