CRJ Services Ltd is a leading recycling, forestry and material processing equipment solutions provider based near Knutsford, Cheshire. We hire and sell quality machinery from a range of world-renowned OEM brands, with machines supported by our Service Department.
The role
We are looking for an additional Service Controller to join our team. The role holder will ensure that the maintenance programmes for own and customer plant are delivered to a high standard. As part of an extremely busy Service Desk, the role holder will be dealing with customers and engineers over the phone to deliver a greet customer experience.
They will be responsible for utilising and updating key systems to ensure all maintenance programmes stay on track, as well as their own work in progress, invoicing and reporting.

- Salary of between £32,000 and £34,000 depending on experience

The Person
- Industry Experience: Working in a service/warranty department (3 years +).
- Communication Skills: Clear and timely communication with both internal teams and customers. Confidence on the phone.
- Organisation: Ability to plan and organise and plan a number of simultaneous tasks under minimum supervision.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to interpret engineers' reports and technical documents.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in resolving issues and escalating issues when necessary.
- IT: Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Word to prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Team Work: Great team player and must be able to work across departments.
- Location: Must have own transport due to our semi-rural location.
