Role: Service Designer SC Cleared
Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
Location: Hybrid in London 1-2 times per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Design product experiences using user-centered design and research.
- Run co-creation workshops with stakeholders to solve problems.
- Develop User Journey Maps to address service pain points.
- Create and deliver Service Blueprints to clients.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.
- Work in agile environments to deliver impactful service designs.
Essential Skills:
- 7-9 years experience in design, delivering top-tier digital and non-digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-life projects and design thinking.
- Expertise in translating research and data into actionable designs.
- Skilled in creating service blueprints, journey maps, and empathy maps.
- Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- SC clearance is required.
