As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational support, offering 1st/2nd line ICT technical guidance on core software applications, hardware, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems in accordance with our Technology Support Policy. You will collaborate with the Service Desk team to investigate and resolve issues promptly, diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and ensure efficient resolu
