Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Cambridge. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of wind turbines, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the efficient operation of wind power systems.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Experience in customer service and maintenance tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical certification or associate degree
