Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and customization of ServiceNow ITSM
• Oversee the deployment of ServiceNow
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow Operations to enhance the organizations security posture.
• Ensure efficient IT service management through the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Optimize asset management processes using ServiceNow ITAM.
• Improve field service management using ServiceNow FSM.
• Drive customer satisfaction by implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Implement ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Utilize ServiceNow ITOM to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of ServiceNow implementations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of ServiceNow solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Experience :

• Should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow ITAM.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM .
• Good to have domain experience in Payments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow technologies are highly desirable.
