What to expect

As a Service Now Developer you will join us on our journey and provide ServiceNow operational support and develop New Features for the ServiceNow application on behalf of key internal stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of User Stories in Service now, including build, unit test, migration plans.

You will be working and overseeing a range of admin functions including: monitoring checks, performance monitoring, error resolution, scheduling and verifying instance clones and managing update set creation and migration.

This role offers you an exciting opportunity to manage and resolve incidents against ServiceNow applications along with contributing to the continual improvement of the platform enhancing business processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will work effectively as one IT and Change community across the business. As a Service Now Developer you will have effective communication skills, be a great team player, be able to work under pressure, dynamic and comfortable working in a changing environment. You will:

• Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation of Issues
• Develops New features as required across a range of different Service Now Application areas (eg : CSM, ITSM, ITBM , GRC)
• Is responsible for the delivery of User Stories in Service now, including build , unit test, migration plans
• Build and maintain workflows
• Create New and Enhance existing User Portals
