LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our location in Birmingham. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the dealership, coordinating activities, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency.
Your role will involve liaising with staff, managing schedules, and maintaining communication between different teams to optimize workflow and deliver exceptional customer service.
Hours: 45 per week (MON-FRI)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure optimal efficiency and workflow
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site operations
- Support the management team in monitoring and improving operational processes
- Ensuring all delivery's and collections are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Leasing with workshop to make sure all vehicles are fully prepared to Mercedes retail standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a coordinating role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A team-oriented mindset combined with a customer-focused approach
