We have a unique, exciting opportunity for a Site Engineering Manager to join our team and lead our Enfield Engineering Team and join Westmill as we build for the future. Working with a highly professional and dedicated team, this will give the opportunity to shape and influence, whilst building new skills & experience. Westmill has a clear strategy and continues to invest in capital, systems, process, product, and people capability to ensure we are well positioned for growth. Reporting to the Site General Manager you will have responsibility for our Enfield manufacturing site. The role is demanding, high profile and will be a fantastic platform to grow a significant career within ABF.

Each year c.45,000 tonnes of branded cooking oil and spices are packed in our high-volume oil drum making/filling operation and our modern high speed spices packing facility. There are 50 full time employees on site providing self-sufficient capability across inbound logistics, operations, planning, technical, engineering and finance.

Who Are We Looking For

A strong leader of Operational Engineering who will:

• Work collaboratively with the site leadership team to drive the safety and quality culture
• Engage and develop the engineering team (a maintenance co-ordinator and 4 engineers)
• Develop and deliver site capital plans
• Drive OEE improvements through continuous improvement and the implementation of proactive maintenance programmes
• Have passion and drive to implement a robust engineering strategy working with OEMs, alongside our operations and capital teams.
