Social Impact Manager - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Impact Manager to lead key initiatives, including managing our international partnership with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and overseeing our UK Social Mobility Strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to create meaningful change through impactful programmes and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with UNHCR and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate reporting processes, tracking pro bono hours, engagements, and communications
• Organise joint events, including high-profile engagements like COP30 and UNGA
• Support local offices in planning and executing fundraising opportunities
• Deliver the refreshed social mobility action plan in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Work with HR and DEI teams to input into pay gap reports, including class pay gap data
• Align social impact metrics with global reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in social impact or partnerships management
• Expertise in data analysis, impact measurement, and reporting
