As the Townhouse business continues to expand across the UK and Internationally we are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager who will play a major role in the ongoing success and growth of the marketing function within Townhouse.


ROLE OVERVIEW:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and more.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into our content.
  • Write, edit, and publish posts that reflect our brand’s voice and style.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and community engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise content and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for community members.


ABOUT YOU:


  • Experience in social media management and community engagement with a focus on the luxury or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts and online communities.
  • A genuine passion and deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and audience preferences.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.


LOCATION:


Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
